Single sign-on
Route your users to your own identity provider when they sign in to Cephable, on every client. Configured by Cephable together with your IT team.
With SSO configured, users who choose Sign in with Corporate account (SSO) and enter a work email address — in the desktop app, mobile app, portal, or this documentation site — are handed to your identity provider.
Start it before your pilot. Adding it afterwards means merging accounts people have already created for themselves.
Single sign-on is not a self-serve set of fields you fill in. Cephable configures it for your organization in partnership with your IT team, working from the details your identity provider publishes.
To start, or to change an existing configuration, email support@cephable.com from an address on the domain you want to federate.
Cephable Pro unlocks this section
SAML single sign-on for Cephable Pro organizations, with domain verification so anyone signing in with a work email through the SSO option is routed to your identity provider — across the desktop app, mobile apps, and portal. Set up by Cephable together with your IT team.
Included with Pro, Education, SDK.
